CORPO DELLA MAIL
Dear Dell Technologies leadership,
I am writing as a concerned supporter of ethical corporate leadership to raise an issue regarding board accountability.
It has come to my attention that Kevin Brown, Chief Supply Chain Officer and Vice President of Global Operations at Dell Technologies, also serves on the board of Kroger, a company that is facing significant public concern over its decision to step back from its cage-free egg commitment. As a result, millions of hens remain confined to wire cages so small they can’t even spread their wings. This decision has drawn criticism from customers, investors, and advocates who expect companies to uphold meaningful animal welfare standards.
Board members play a critical role in shaping corporate values, governance, and long-term decision-making. When an individual is associated with decisions that appear to undermine widely supported ethical commitments, it raises serious concerns about alignment with stakeholder expectations, particularly for companies like Dell that emphasize responsibility and integrity.
I respectfully urge Dell Technologies to review this situation and consider whether Mr. Brown’s continued position at Dell reflects the standards and values Dell seeks to uphold. Leadership accountability at this level is essential to maintaining trust and demonstrating a genuine commitment to responsible business practices.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope Dell Technologies will continue to lead by example in promoting ethical and accountable leadership.
